93.1 WIBC's Promotions & Marketing Internship

Are you in college? Do you LOVE News and Current Events? Would you like to learn more about radio promotions? Then 93.1 WIBC wants YOU.

We are always looking for hard-working, ambitious college students who are willing to spend their time in the controlled chaos that is the Promotions Department at 93.1 WIBC!

With a rich, 62-year heritage of award-winning news coverage, talk programming and community service, 93 WIBC is Indiana’s broadcast leader. WIBC features the largest, most experienced news team in the state, providing news on the hour, morning, noon and night, along with traffic every ten minutes.

In addition to full-service news, weather and traffic, WIBC provides top-quality talk programming from national hosts such as Rush Limbaugh and Dana Loesch, along with local legendary personalities Greg Garrison, Ed Wenck and Denny Smith.

Interns will be asked to dedicate on average 15-20 hours per week to WIBC's Promotions Department. Interns will be responsible for various office duties as well as working onsite at events. This internship is unpaid, however we'll be sure to buy you lunch every now and then to make up for it!

A major in radio or communications is not a requirement, but a friendly, hard-working, outgoing personality is absolutely necessary! So, if you'd like to spend what little free time you have with us here on Monument Circle then email a cover letter and resume to:
