A U.S. District Court judge in Indianapolis sentenced a Florida man to 3-and-a-half years in prison for defrauding the Indiana Medicaid system.

Officials say 48-year-old Gabriel "Reggie" Harden of Miami used his mobile dentistry business, Dental Express, to apply sealants to the teeth of low income children in Indiana and Ohio, then billed the procedures as fillings to state Medicaid programs.

Sealants are not covered by Indiana or Ohio Medicaid. Officials say harden received over $1.6 million in unauthorized Medicaid payments.
