U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy announced yesterday that he will be retiring. Kennedy was appointed by President Ronald Reagan back in 1988. What do The Chicks think about Justice Kennedy stepping down and what’s next? The retirement is effective July 31st.
