Who Killed Carmen Van Huss
Indianapolis, IN: The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the person or persons responsible for the sexual assault and murder of Carmen Van Huss. On March 23, 1993 Carmen Van Huss was attacked between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. in her apartment located at the 8200 block of Harcourt Road. Neighbors heard one unknown person flee the scene. Her body was found the next day by her father. It was determined she had been stabbed multiple times and sexually assaulted. It has been over 10 years since this young girl lost her life. With your help the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and Crime Stoppers would like to give her family, justice and closure in this case.
