William Jacobson, Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Securities Law Clinic at Cornell Law School, talked to WIBC Morning Host Tony Katz about the appointment of a Former FBI Director Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate alleged Russian interference with the election.
