Popcorn Moment: Trump Emphasizes 'America First' in National Security Speech

Katz: "Perhaps people are simply not used to hearing such a pro-American President."

President Trump unveiled a national security strategy on Monday that emphasized his “America First” position on U.S. policy, and liberals lost their minds.

Throughout the speech, Trump stressed American strength and economic security while putting rivals like China and Russia on notice.

“America is in the game and America is going to win,” said Trump, affirming that the United States intends to protect its own interests first, even if that means acting unilaterally or alienating others on issues such as trade, climate change and immigration.
