The battle over cold beer sales in the state of Indiana continues Monday. 

The summer study session for alcohol in the state of Indiana is scheduled to hold a meeting today, and Jay Ricker of Ricker's convenience stores will be present to argue on the behalf of the vast majority of Hoosiers who believe they should be permitted to purchase cold beer when and where citizens - not government officials - see fit.
