Halloween is upon us, and that means it's time for fun, games, costumes, and of course, CANDY!

Ah, but not ALL candy is acceptable to distribute to young trick-or-treaters on All Hallows Eve, according to WIBC host Tony Katz.

Katz:

There are rules to Halloween, and one of the rules is that you must give out candy. Now you you might say to me, 'Tony, we know that.' Yes, but some have still not learned what 'candy' is.

Allow me to be helpful right now. Skittles are not candy. Skittles are fraud. Skittles are shaped to look like M&Ms; they're colored to look like M&Ms, and you might say to yourself after seeing a bowl on a table, 'Oh, look! M&Ms!' And then you take a handful, pop them in the mouth, and then you realize, 'This isn't chocolate; this is fruit.' This is God's way of saying, 'You've disappointed me.'

WIBC Producer Brian Baker, however, is a lover of Skittles and begs to differ. Click the link below to check out the full conversation and examination of what constitutes 'acceptable candy,' according to Tony Katz:
