Indiana Comic Con

Indiana Convention Center

Indianapolis’ largest, true comic convention is back! Indiana Comic Con features comic books, magazines, toys, games, Star Wars, Star Trek, artwork, and apparel. In addition, a list of comic related celebrities will be in attendance to meet and greet. Plus stars Val Kilmer, Nichelle Nichols from Star Trek, Khary Payton and more! Events Friday through Sunday.  Tickets start at $30 and $60 for a 3 day ticket at the Indiana Convention Center.  Check here for daily schedules.

Easter Weekend at The Indianapolis Zoo

9 AM|The Indianapolis Zoo

Easter weekend is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the Indy Zoo’s youngest animals, like orangutan, kudu, giraffe and gibbon!  There will be Easter Themed Activities both Saturday and Sunday, including the Zoo’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt, but NO BASKET is needed for this one,  as you search for eggs throughout the zoo and white river gardens! Presidential Egg Roll at The Benjamin Harrison Home

A white house tradition comes to Indy! Bring the little ones to President Benjamin Harrison’s Home to race their eggs through the grass. The Easter Bunny will be there…crafts, music and Indy Humane, showcasing adoptable pets!  FREE admission, but registration is limited.  Go here to register.


Indiana Cultural Trail Egg-Stravaganza

10 AM|Indy Cultural Trail

This one is so cool! Downtown Indy’s Largest Public Easter Egg Hunt. 5,000 eggs will be hidden along the 8-mile trail with prizes and promotions for you to find! Three key locations will be hosting “official” Easter Egg Hunts starting locations. From there you can explore as far as you’d like on the Cultural Trail.  Hunting starts at 10am.  Register here!

Chocolate Cooking Class for Tweens

Looking for something fun to do with your 10-12 yr old on Easter?  How about a cooking class, with the focus on CHOCOLATE?????  This is a hands on cooking class!  Your tween will learn where chocolate comes from and how to mold chocolate and make delicious treats!
