8 AM|Indiana Convention Center – Halls H & I
The Pokémon North American International Championships are the final International Championships event of the season. Competition goes through Sunday, with high Championship Point payouts and a prize pool value of up to $200,000 (based on attendance). Anyone in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program can participate!
8 PM|Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn & White River State Park
A spectacular fireworks show will conclude the performance of our favorite patriotic songs, including America the Beautiful, God Bless America and the 1812 Overture. Rain or shine! Lawn chairs are available at no cost and while they last! You can also bring your blankets, but no coolers are allowed inside the venue. $10 for kids, $25 for adults.
9 PM|Nickel Plate District Amphitheater
Sounds of Summer is a tribute based out of Indiana that includes over 30 familiar hits while also telling the story of America’s Band…The Beach Boys! Connor, David, Eric and Matt continue to sell out theaters and are loved by Beach Boys fans around the country.

LIGHTS OVER MORSE LAKE FESTIVAL
This is a fantastic 4 day festival that goes through the 4th with parades, carnival, petting zoo and lots of good food and drink. Don’t miss the spectacular fireworks show over Morse Lake! Check out the website for daily events.
9 AM|IU Natatorium at IUPUI
Nearly 1,000 of the top athletes in the US will compete to represent Team USA at the ’17 FINA World Championships in Budapest. Today is the last day to see these amazing athletes! $10 at the door.
11 AM|Monument Circle
Asian, Soul, Greek, Mediterranean, Cajun, Hispanic, and American food, along with an “all day concert” featuring the best local bands representing all genres of music! Plus a beer and wine garden and an area just for kids $8 at the door.
12 PM|Hoagies & Hops
It’s an 18” Hoagie Eating Contest benefiting the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Fund! The competitor entrance fee is $20. The winner receives one 18” Hoagie each month for a year! 20 spots available…Enter today!
8 PM|Conner Prairie
Wear your red, white and blue and bring the family to the prairie for one of our favorite Independence Day traditions!
An interesting evening for friends and even kids! The tour lasts 2 hours and during that time, you’ll learn about the murder of Dr. Helene Knabe, Cockroach Row, James Whitcomb Riley, Old St. Joe and their hauntings. Tour begins in front of the Athenaeum. $18 for adults. $15 for kids.
