11 AM|Monument Circle
Presented by the American Dairy Association of Indiana…Live dairy cows…celebrity scoopers, and gigantic ice cream sundaes! Proceeds benefit Big Brother Big Sisters. I’ll be scooping at 11:30! $3 for the works! Goes until 2pm.
11 AM|Indianapolis Museum of Art
10 days of films featuring comedy, crime, and drama. Over 100 first run films from around the world. Said to be one of the fastest growing and most watched film festivals in the Midwest. Check the website for times, screenings and activities. Lots of opportunities to meet filmmakers too!
4 PM|St. Christopher Catholic Church
Longs Donut Hamburgers, St. Chris’ Mac N’ Cheese Stuffed Burgers, Miss King’s Potato Salad...This festival is billed as “The Festival that tops in food!” And it does! Plus Monte Carlo, carnival rides, and live music. Free admission, and free shuttle to and from Speedway High School. SAT HOURS: Noon to 11pm.
7:15 PM|Klipsch Music Center
Tickets are still available to see two great bands of our time!
Saturday, July 15
9 AM|Indiana Landmarks Center
This one is so fun for those looking for treasures! First you’ve got dozens of yard sales throughout the Old Northside. Then you’ve got the Antiques Market at the Landmarks Center with a biergarten, tea room…food trucks and activities for the kids. Free from 9 to 3, but if you’d like to get a jump on everybody else…there’s a $5 Early Bird ticket that gets you in a 8am.
10 AM|IndyVet Emergency & Specialty Hospital
A FREE Event for you and your pet! If you don’t have one, you might find a new friend. Some of the local shelters will have adoptable pets ready to go home. Best dressed prizes, and pie eating contest (For the dogs!) Free hot dogs, and lemonade (for the humans!) Also a Dachshund 500!
11 AM|Market District in Carmel
Taste local today AND tomorrow during Market District’s celebration of all things local! Indiana business will gather to let you sample their locally grown products. Taste delicious chef-inspired dishes prepared with local ingredients at “Table by Market District”. Also gives you a chance to talk to local owners!
12 PM|Monument Circle
Different genres of music from local and national artists. Have lunch on the Circle and enjoy a free concert. If you love what you hear, feel free to donate…This is a fundraiser for the Mind Program High School.
7:30 PM|Klipsch Music Center
Part of the “THEY DON’T KNOW” Tour with special guests Chris Young and Kane Brown.
7:30 PM|Bankers Life Fieldhouse
Part of the festivities hosted by Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration. The concert features Indiana’s own, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds…Fantasia, and Chente Moore.
9:30 PM|MacAllister Amphitheater at Garfield Park
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks and watch a movie under the stars! The movie starts at dusk and NO Tickets required!

8 AM|Holliday Park
This is such a cool event to watch! Hosted by TreeStuff.com JAMBO is the World’s largest tree climbing competition. You’ll see professional arborists and tree climbers competing in a variety of challenges. 80 competitors will come from around the world to compete for thousands of dollars in cash and prizes. Admission is free!
1 PM|University of Indianapolis’ Schwitzer Student Center
Lots of great sampling! A $10 Kroger Gift Card gets in in the door for 3 hours of delicious food, and it all goes to the Fletcher Place Community Center and their mission to feed the homeless and lower incomes families of the near southeast side. Fantastic silent auction items including tix to Colts games, overnight hotel stays, and rounds of golf!
3 PM|Garfield Park Arts Center & Amphitheater
A Hoosier favorite! Tater Tots! Sample delicious tater tot creations and dozens of domestic, imported and craft beers! Add live music and this may turn out to be one of your favorite summer events! General Admission tickets are $35. VIP - $75. Designated Driver - $25.
