Why Are Kids Of Color Punished More Than White Kids At School?

Mayor Ballard wants to study it in Indy; education policy analyst Ashlyn Nelson talks about it

Ashlyn Nelson is an associate professor at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is our education policy analyst.  She helps us delve into a complex topic.
