The Burger Before the Bricks—Carb Night Burger Bash

After 9 years on the Northside, Curt Cavin's Carb Night Burger Bash has moved to a new home downtown at Pan Am Plaza on Georgia Street! New year, new location, same price… FREE.

Steak 'n Shake Carb Night Burger Bash | Friday, May 27th

5 - 11PM | Pan Am Plaza

The Steak 'N Shake Carb Night Burger Bash is a free gathering of Indy 500 fans, hosted by IndyStar's Curt Cavin. RSVP to this year's event on Facebook and share with your friends here!

While you’re there, be sure to find the Indiana Donor Network #Driven2SaveLives team. Their street team will be on-site promoting the #Driven2SaveLives campaign in support of organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation.

IndyCar driver Stefan Wilson’s late brother, Justin Wilson, died in August 2015 from injuries he sustained in an IndyCar crash at Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania. Justin had previously registered his decision to become an organ donor and saved five people with his gift of life.

Together with Indiana Donor Network, Stefan wants to honor his brother by registering 2,500 new donors. Show the heart on your license or register to be a donor to win cool race-related prizes.

While you're eating burgers, sipping on milkshakes, hanging with your favorite IndyCar Drivers, and celebrating the Indy 500, The FAN will also be out at Pan Am Plaza with Curt Cavin & Kevin Lee broadcasting "Trackside" LIVE! Once the broadcast is over, Indy's #1 cover band, The Flying Toasters, will take the stage!

  • Indy’s Number One 70’s and 80’s cover band, The Flying Toasters, will take the stage at 9pm.
  • There will be awesome auction & raffle items including:
    • Autographed Graham Rahal driver uniform (the Steak 'n Shake variety)

    • One of Firestone's 100th Indy 500 tires (with names of all the drivers who have won on the manufacturer's product -- very cool!)
