11 AM|Monument Circle
48 Downtown Businesses have formed teams to compete one on one in a one lap “hot lap” Handlebar race around Monument Circle. Races start at 11…food trucks will be on hand for lunch and grab a free tree and some lemonade from IPL! The Top 16 return for final competition from 4 PM - 6 PM. For the Afternoon races, be sure to stop by the Sun King Beer Garden on the Circle!
5:30 PM|Finish Line Boys & Girls Club
How great is "Adult Recess"? Unleash your inner child and learn more about Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis! An evening that includes archery tag, extreme music bingo, karaoke and much more. 6:30 AM|Military Park at White River State Park
Registration opens at 6:30 AM followed by the Pink Parade at 7:30. The Race begins at 9 AM at Military Park. Over the last 25 years, Komen Central Indiana Race for the Cure has raised more than $20 million for their mission. Register here. $35 in advance. $40 day of the event.
8 AM|Ft. Harrison State Park
This is a good one for those of you training for “The Mini”! Your choice…the 5K or 10K. There’s a race for kids too and a carnival afterwards! Best part is your registration is a donation to Hear Indiana to benefit Hoosier kids with hearing loss and their families. Register here.
9:30 AM|Indianapolis Motor Speedway
It’s become the Greatest Spectacle in Dog Walking…"MUTT STRUT" 2017, benefitting the Indianapolis Humane Society. 7,000 people and 6,000 dogs from all over Indiana come to walk on the most famous track in the world! Contests, demonstrations and you’ll be supporting a great cause. Register here.

This year’s Decorators’ Show House is at the Boyhood home of Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Tours begin on Saturday and run Tuesday through Sunday, ending May 14th. This beautiful home has an interesting history! Lots to see and of course, you’ll leave with a handful of decorating ideas! It’s the longest running decorator show house in the nation and proceeds benefit Eskenazi Health. Tickets can be purchased here.
12 PM|Pan Am Pavilion
First and foremost…it’s FREE, and there are vegan food samples! Cooking demos, local food vendors, fitness classes, activities for the kids, and more! Doors close at 7 PM. It is free, but be sure to RSVP to the 2017 Indy VegFest Facebook event for updates.

You’ll receive a tour booklet when you arrive that will give you information about the neighborhood’s history, its landmarks and its architecture—6 homes to tour, but start at the Home tour headquarters 642 Virginia Ave. The tours go until 4 PM.
