Of all entries received, one entry will be chosen. This entry will be considered the live entry. As the live entry the contestant will receive a pair of tickets to the 2008 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ®, and helicopter transportation to and from the race from an Indianapolis Heliport Location, and will have the opportunity to win a new Dodge Vehicle. If the contestant’s live prediction contains the first and last name of the first, second, and third finishing drivers of Dodge vehicles listed in EXACT ORDER, based upon the parameters of this contest, at the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ® the contestant will be deemed the winner of a new Dodge Vehicle.

Emmis Indiana Broadcasting, L.P. (d/b/a WLHK, WFNI, WIBC and Central Indiana Dodge Dealers(collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”) have teamed up to give one entrant a chance to win a pair of tickets to the 2008 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ®, and helicopter transportation to and from the race from an Indianapolis Heliport Location. This one entrant will also have a chance or winning a new Dodge Vehicle. This Contest is governed by these Dodge Pick N’ Win Official Rules ("Rules"). Any individual who enters, attempts to enter or in any way participates or attempts to participate in the Contest (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Rules, as well as by all interpretations of these Rules by the Sponsors and by all other decisions of the Sponsors which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED):
The Contest is subject to and governed by applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

How to Enter: #1: Visit a Central Indiana Dodge location within the Indianapolis Metro area, defined as locations within Bartholomew, Shelby, Wabash, Owen, Hamilton, Marion, Boone, Jennings, Hancock, Morgan, Kosciusko, and Hendricks counties, during the Entry Period complete the contest prediction form and insert your entry in the registration box. Entries must contain name and contact information of participant, and first and last name of the first, second, and third finishing drivers of Dodge vehicles listed in EXACT Order that the contestant predicts said drivers will complete the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ®. For the avoidance of doubt, the race prediction for this promotion shall not be a prediction of the first, second, and third place overall finishers from among all drivers competing in the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ®; rather the race prediction shall only predict the first, second, and third drivers of Dodge vehicles to compete the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard ® regardless of their overall standing.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation, LLC and it's subsidiaries, Brickyard Trademarks, Inc, are not sponsors of this sweepstakes. Contest sponsors are: Emmis Indiana Broadcasting, L.P. (d/b/a WLHK, WFNI, WIBC) and the Central Indiana Dodge Dealers.

Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal United States residents who currently reside in Indiana and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry with a valid (limiting to Indiana contestants only then you need to state – Indiana state driver’s license) drivers’ license to win.

The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsors or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the Contest as well as their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and successor companies. Immediate family members and those living in the same household of any of the above are also prohibited from participating in the Contest. “Immediate family members” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Entries: Sponsors are not responsible for problems with Contest entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of Sponsors.
False Fraudulent or Deceptive Entries or Acts: Participants who, in the view of Sponsors, provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the Contest will be disqualified and subject to criminal prosecution.
Limit one prize per family per household. If you have been awarded a prize from one of the contest sponsors within 30 calendar days before the contest date, you are ineligible to win. Sponsors shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death in connection with the prizes provided pursuant to the contest.

Conditions of Entry:
All decisions of Sponsors are final and binding. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, license, title, and registration fees on prizes won, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs, associated with winning the vehicle. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle upon receipt of the vehicle.

By entering, contestant agrees and accepts these official rules. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners name and/or likeness for advertising or trade purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner does officially release Emmis Indiana Broadcasting, L.P. and their affiliates and all Sponsors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. If a selected winner in not eligible, the prize will be forfeited. Prize is not transferable. The depiction of the vehicle in any advertising or promotional material may not reflect the actual vale delivered to the winner. Rules and regulations are subject to change without any notice.
