American Legion programs are the cornerstone of the organization.
From American Legion Baseball, Boys State/Nation, Junior Shooting
Sports, National Oratorical Contest and Scouting to one of the
newest additions to their programs, Legion Riders, information
and featured publications are the focus. Additionally, provisions
to donate to various programs of the Legion are available.

Spotlight: American Legion Baseball
Since
1925, The American Legion has sponsored a nationwide youth baseball
program. During these past eight decades, millions of young players
have enjoyed playing baseball.
The American Legion and their 2.8 million members have raised
millions of dollars each year for players to learn the importance
of teamwork, discipline, leadership and good sportsmanship.
The American Legion sponsors American Legion Baseball to give
players an opportunity to develop their skills, personal fitness,
leadership qualities and to have fun.

Spotlight: American Legion Riders
The
American Legion Riders are a diverse group of motorcycle enthusiasts
who answer the call to ride in service to America’s military,
her veterans, and for the children and youth of our country.
There are over 50 Indiana chapters including several in the greater
Indianapolis area.
The Riders sponsor or participate in motorcycle runs to benefit
numerous charities, including charities for such organizations as
local VA Hospitals, Women and Children's Centers, Children and youth
centers, schools, and many others.
