Partnering With Your Doctor is designed for individuals with memory loss and/or their care-partners or anyone who wants to improve how they interact with their doctor. The workshop provides care-partners and people with dementia the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully partner with their physicians and other health care professionals in order to provide the highest quality dementia care possible.
