IndyGo is partnering with WIBC in promoting national Dump the Pump Day.
On Wednesday, June 17, IndyGo and its community partners will be on Monument Circle (by Emmis Communications) during the lunch hours (11am – 2pm) to assist you with trip planning and share other environmental sound commuting and lifestyle tips. Thursday, June 18 is Dump the Pump Day, so the Wednesday event will help you better prepare to try IndyGo!
Dump the Pump is designed to encourage people to get out of their cars and ride public transportation to raise awareness of the financial benefits of transit. Public transportation has the ability to save people money, conserve gasoline, and reduce the harmful greenhouse gases emitted into our environment.
