INDIANAPOLIS — Suit up in your lederhosen, grab your friends, and head to GermanFest this Saturday!
The outdoor event will take place from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday on Michigan and New Jersey Streets, surrounding The Athenaeum.
Events include a beer stein relay, a beer stein holding competition, a keg toss, and Weiner dog races! There will also be plenty of food, drinks, and music!
If you plan to attend GermanFest, be prepared to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
When you present your ticket for admission, you will need to present your vaccine card or negative COVID-19 test results in one of the following ways:
- Upload negative test results or your vaccination card through the Bindle Health app and present a verified entry pass on a smartphone.
- Bring the physical vaccination card accompanied by a photo ID.
Children under the age of 12 do not need to show a negative test result to attend GermanFest and are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.
