McCarthy, Co-Chair at the Center for Law and Counterterrorism at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, Senior Fellow at National Review Institute, contributor at PJ Media and author of Spring Fever: The Illusion of Islamic Democracy discussed the NSA whistleblowers story and the "capabilities" of the NSA.
