Boy Who Shot Sister Had Played With Gun Before

The father of a five-year-old boy who shot and killed his four-year-old sister is facing charges. James Booher is charged with three counts of neglect after his son Devon climbed a bookcase over the weekend, got a gun, and shot his sister Makayla in the head.
