Chuck Weyant is the oldest living Indianapolis 500 driver, having just celebrated his 90th birthday in April. He was born in Ohio, but now makes his home in Springfield, Illinois.

Weyant served in the Army Air Forces during World War II before returning home to resume his racing career. He drove in the “500” four times, with a best finish of 12th in 1955, his rookie year.

Weyant is a member of the National Midget Auto Racing Hall of Fame.
