Open Letter to Ray Lewis from Listener David

Dear Colts Fans --
 
Ray Lewis, linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens, is one of the most feared defensive players in the NFL.   The Colts face the Ravens this Sunday at M&T Stadium in Baltimore.    In light of the defensive challenge facing the Colts, I have decided to send a letter to Mr Lewis to do my part in helping insure that our favorite quarterback, and beloved adopted Hoosier son, Peyton Manning, comes through that game unscathed.   I'm also including a monetary incentive with this letter to provide additional encouragement to comply with this request. I will send a cashier's check and overnight both the check and the letter to Mr Lewis prior to Sunday's game.

All-Day Energy!

The colder season has swept in and many of us find ourselves lacking energy for all kinds of reasons.  But no matter what time of year it is, a lot of us are on the prowl searching for more ways to boost our energy levels—and keep them up!  Although coffee and energy drinks can provide a quick jolt, our best bet for sustained energy is to work with the true source—the body.
