Carmel Police have now released a report on an assault that occurred at the high school on January 8th.

The heavily redacted report refers to an interview that took place on February 24th with a 17 year old victim and Carmel Police Detective Greg Dawson.

Carmel Police learned of the January 8th incident in a high school locker room after investigating the January 22nd incident on the boy's basketball team bus.

Detective Dawson notified school officials that the victim had indicated other ongoing issues in the locker rooms at Carmel High School.

Possible charges from the locker room incident include criminal deviate conduct, sexual battery-use of threat or force and criminal confinement.
 
According to our partners at Fox 59, another senior has been suspended from the team after the investigation into the January 8th incident. That makes 4 seniors who have been removed from the team, and leaves only one on the team to play tonight, which is senior night.
