The Indianapolis Colts are ready to open the 2010 training camp in their new digs at Anderson University.

That's the site where the Colts trained after moving to Indianapolis from Baltimore in 1984. They trained in Anderson until 1999 when they switched to the campus of Rose- Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute.

University President, Dr. James L. Edwards, told 93 WIBC's "Morning News" during the university's previous relationship with the Colts, their facilities were "fairly limited".

" Several years ago, we began to improve the athletic complex," said Dr. Edwards. " A new wellness center with indoor facilities that could actually accomodate a football workout. Then we added turf and lights to meet our needs on campus for multiple uses."

The Colts open training camp on Sunday, August 1, and break camp on August 18.
