The President Pro Tem of the Indiana Senate says the controversial "Right-to-Work" bill is done for the 2011 General Session.
State Senator David Long (R - Fort Wayne) told reporters Wednesday it will instead go to a study committee for a year before coming back before the legislature.
Long says it's time to put the bipartisan squabbling behind, as the second half of the 2011 General Session begins.
Long says he has the support of both Governor Mitch Daniels and House Speaker Brian Bosma on moving the bill to a study committee.
The "Right-to-Work" bill would've limited unions' collecting bargaining powers and stirred rallies and protests at the State House.
