Two more people injured in the State Fair stage collapse have filed damage claims with the state.

The claims from Karen Pavy of New Castle and Daniel Whitehead of Anderson bring the total received so far to 68.

Attorney General Greg Zoeller has urged anyone planning to claim state responsibility to file the required notice by Tuesday -- state law limits the total payout to five-million dollars, and officials plan to begin crafting a formula to compensate the most seriously injured victims.
