A free Friday afternoon concert on Indy's northeast side tried to spur attention to the search for 13 people missing in Indiana.

I-U student Lauren Spierer has been the subject of an intensive search since her disappearance in June, but the annual Squeaky Wheel Tour seeks to call attention to other missing people as well. In Indiana, the driving force has been family and friends of Madison's Molly Dattilo, who vanished seven years ago while attending I-U-P-U-I.

Madison country singer Rusty Bladen, one of four acts on the Indianapolis program, grew up down the street from Dattilo. He says he looks forward to the chance each year to renew attention on the search.

The tour has scheduled a rotating roster of musicians for 51 stops in 17 states, plus Canada and Denmark. The tour wraps up November 19 with dates in California and Minnesota.

Elizabeth Smart, the Utah teenager held captive for nine months, has lent her support to this year's tour through her victim-assistance foundation, and appeared at the tour's Utah event last weekend.

The Indianapolis concert was held at the Sam Ash music store in Castleton.
