A woman has been shot and killed at an apartment complex in Martinsville.  Our news gathering partners at RTV 6 report from the scene that a man has been taken into custody by police.  And Child Protective Services has taken custody of a child who may have witnessed the shooting in the 1400 block of  South Marion Street.
