Roy Parmley
Madison County Sheriff Ron Richardson says he hopes to learn more Monday about America's Most Wanted's airing of the Roy Parmley story.
Listen:
Parmley is the alleged murderer who remains at large. Authorities say Parmley shot his ex-girlfriend's daughter Amanda in the face in front of her mom in Anderson. They say mom and daughter were tied to a chair at the time.
Sheriff Richardson says the popular television show taped the story this week in Anderson and he believes it'll air in mid-August. Authorities say the shooting incident followed a bad break-up. They responded to a 911 call June 9th from Parmley's ex-girlfriend. Richardson says they continue to get tips, but nothing definitive.
Folks who know anything about the case are urged to call Crimestoppers or 1-800-CRIME-TV.
