One person is dead and two others injured following a shooting on the city's northeast side Friday afternoon.

Police say James Allen was shot multiple times outside a home in the 3900 block of Emerson Ave. Friday. He died at the scene.

IMPD Public Information Officer, Michael Hewitt, says Cornelius Williams was seated in a wheelchair and unable to get out of the way when the shooting started. He was struck in the right foot and transported to a local hospital in stable condition. Gerald Beamon appeared to have been shot outside of the residence as well. It was Beamon who flagged down officers about one block south of the scene. His condition has not been updated.

Police say they do not have any suspect information at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS.
