Countywide Burning Ban Lifted
Still No Lawn Watering Or Personal Fireworks

Mayor Greg Ballard has issued an executive order, rescinding the burning ban in Marion County.
That doesn't change the prohibition on personal fireworks displays which is contained in the city code. And it has no impact on the restrictions on lawn watering.
