Volunteers of America says its vice president and chief operating officer has an unblemished record with the Indianapolis halfway house and no criminal record. But Steven Runyon, 48, of Brownsburg has been placed on administrative leave after his arrest August 15th in an IMPD prostitution sting.
A police report shows Runyon was one of 10 men arrested in that undercover operation on the east side. Officers say Runyon pulled up next to a vice detective posing as a prostitute and offered her $20 for a sex act.
