First Man To Walk On The Moon Passes Away At 82

Neil Armstrong, a test pilot who made the famous first steps on the moon has died at the age of 82. 

He grew up in Ohio, and graduated from Purdue University. 

Armstrong was a combat veteran as well, serving as a naval pilot in the Korean War before entering NASA's space program.
