Colts Rookie Quarterback Andrew Luck has had success in the preseason, but he says he has plenty of room for improvement.

Listen:

Luck tells Dan Dakich of 1070 The Fan that he still is very much a rookie quarterback trying to figure things out. Luck says he hopes he will be ready to play by week 1 against the Bears, but he says he will continue to soak it all in during every practice.

Luck has played extensively in the preseason, but he says he's not likely to see much time on the field for the last preseason game against the Bengals on Thursday.

Luck has thrown for over 500 yards with three touchdowns in the preseason, and has a quarterback rating of over 90. The Colts open the regular season on Sunday, September 9th against the Bears.
