A few players got in about 16 holes of their Pro-Am event at Crooked Stick before a storm suspended play.
Listen:
Tiger Woods says the weather has made the course soft, which he says will help long players like himself. But he added that most of the players have not played the course, but he still feels there will be low scores this week.
FedEx Cup rankings leader Rory McIlroy was another who was able to play most of the holes during his Pro-Am, and agreed with most players that the longer hitting players will have an advantage. McIlroy says he hopes to continue his good play after winning the Deutsche Bank over the Labor Day weekend.
The first group tees off at 11:15am Thursday.
