A new playground is going it at IPS 105 on Indy's northeast side, all thanks to the Indinapolis Colts.
Listen:
This marks the fifth year the Colts have donated a playground to a local school. Stephanie Pemberton with the Colts organization says the new playground will be a great way for kids to get some exercise, especially considering the kids at 105 didn't have much to play with before.
Pemberton says they talked to school leadership about 5 months ago to get the project rolling, a project that would only take about 6 hours to build from the ground up. She says they plan to continue the project next year.
