Gayle Cook, the widow of the late Bloomington businessman William Cook, is the top-ranked Hoosier on the list with a net worth of $3.7 billion. The owner of the Pacers, shopping mall magnate Herb Simon, comes in at number 218 with a net worth of $2.2 billion.

Hotel developer Dean White of Crown Point is ranked 271st. Forbes says White's net worth is $1.8 dollars.
