A grand jury in northeast Indiana's Huntington County has indicted a county commissioner on seven counts of misdemeanor battery.
State Police say several women told investigators they were inappropriately touched by 59-year-old Floyd "Tom" Wall over the last year and a half.
The case is being handled by a special prosecutor and Wall is expected to surrender to authorities at the Huntington County Jail this evening.
