The father of a priest who went missing earlier this month is happy that his son is coming home.
Listen:
Virgil Kappes told 93 WIBC reporter Mike Wilson that when he learned his son, Christiaan, went missing under some mysterious circumstances in Europe, all he wanted was some kind of closure. Now it looks like Virgil will be reunited with his son in the very near future.
Kappes said, "When we started this I said I wanted my son, his body, or closure... Well, I've got a live body, I've got my son coming home, and I've got closure."
Kappes says his daughter has the travel itinerary, but the entire family will be waiting as Christian makes his way from Western Europe back to Central Indiana.
