Todd Rokita is returning to Congress.

The Republican incumbent defeated his rivals Democrat Tara Nelson and Libertarian Benjamin Gehlhausen on Election Night. Rokita ran on a platform of erasing the national debt, creating jobs and repealing Obamacare. Rokita says he'll now continue to "speak truth to power" when it comes to President Obama.

Rokita says Hoosiers want better opportunities for themselves and their children. He says it's okay for lawmakers on Capitol Hill to disagree when "no" is the proper remedy. Rokita says he'll continue to oppose Obamacare because it remains a symbol of government control in the lives of Americans.
