 Authorities suspect foul play in the death of a rural Sullivan County Farmer.

85-year-old Lowell Badger was found dead inside his home in Merom by his son Saturday morning.

Indiana State Police say evidence found at the scene indicates trauma. Several electronics and other items are missing from the home.

An autopsy to determine a cause of death is scheduled for Monday morning at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

Police are asking the public to to contact detectives if they remember seeing or hearing anything suspicious in the area between 8pm Friday evening and 9:30am Saturday morning.
