57-year-old Robert Evan Lee of Bloomington will return to prison to serve the remainder of a 25-year sentence for the murder and dismemberment of a 31-year-old woman in 1986.  

Under the conditions of his parole, Evans was prohibited from hitchiking.  The Indiana Parole Board ruled today that he violated that provision when tried to get into a car with a woman in South Bend.  He claimed he was just giving directions to a lost motorist.  
His term will not be completed until 2029 but his case will reconsidered in one year.
