A Marion County Public Defender has been fired after being accused of attempting to trade legal services for sex with a prostitute.
36-year old Christopher Hollander had been suspended for two weeks without pay pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Hollander was charged with soliciting a prostitute during an undercover operation by IMPD. Police say Hollander offered legal help to an undercover cop in exchange for sex.
Hollander has worked with the public defender's office since 2007. He is set to appear in court at 8:30 am February 13th.
