Another suspect in the explosion in the Richmond Hill subdivision is asking that his trial be moved out of Indianapolis.

Mark Leonard's attorney requested the change of venue from Marion County on Wednesday.  Like the earlier request from his girlfriend, homeowner Monserrate Shirley, Leonard's request is being opposed by the Marion County Prosecutor's office.

Shirley and Leonard are charged, along with Leonard's brother Robert Leonard, Junior, with murder and arson in the explosion in November. The explosion killed two people and damaged or destroyed dozens of homes in the south side neighborhood.
