Jury selection is getting underway in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis in the civil case against former Marsh Supermarkets CEO Don Marsh. The company's new owners, Sun Capital of Florida, allege Marsh diverted millions of company dollars for extravagant vacations and gifts for friends and family.
The trial is expected to last two weeks, if there is no settlement.
