Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard has decided to postpone his State of the City Address.

Ballard spokesman Marc Lotter says the decision was made to postpone the address scheduled for Tuesday out of respect for two fallen EMT's.

Ballard has rescheduled the address for 1pm Friday, March 8th at the Alexander Hotel.
