Police Find Car Tied to Northwest Side Home Invasion, Murder

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Detectives have found the black 2009 Hyundai Sonata stolen from a northwest side home last Friday after the home invasion and murder of Tom Tefft.

The car was found in the 500 block of West 42nd Street late Thursday night. Police say no one was in the car.

The investigation into Tefft's murder continues. He was shot to death during a burglary of his Harcourt Springs Drive home.
