Stevens Reportedly Not Leaving Butler
UCLA appears to be the latest school to be spurned by Brad Stevens.
Nothing official has been released from the school, but ESPN is reporting Stevens plans to stay the head coach at Butler. Stevens was apparently UCLA's top target to take over the program after the firing of Ben Howland.
Stevens hinted that he was staying in Indianapolis with a Friday morning tweet that read "Love walking through Hinkle in the morning.......Anxious to get started on our spring workouts next week." Stevens told ESPN that he's the coach at Butler, but also said he would not comment on "any other speculation or situation."
Stevens has been the target for many openings over the past three years, but the Indiana native has professed his love for Butler University.
