A student from the International School of Indiana in Indianapolis recently had the opportunity to interview the First Lady of the United States.

Listen:

13-year-old Grace Ybarra is a former member of the Scholastic Kids Press Corps. and now writes for Sports Illustrated Kids magazine.  She received the opportunity to interview Michelle Obama at the White House for a story on the First Lady's 'Let's Move' campaign.

Ybarra says the interview was like talking to a friend.  She says when the interview was over, Mrs. Obama spent time asking Ybarra questions about where she came from, her school and what sports she plays.  Ybarra says she appreciated the First Lady taking the time out of her day to talk with her.

Ybarra says her story will be the cover story in the July edition of Sports Illustrated Kids magazine.
